Draco knew Severus had been unfair to most other people. He knew that. And he'd known it at the time as well. But at the time it had been important to him. At the time he hadn't really cared.
"They're...no," Draco shook his head. "No. I'm pale enough, they barely show up," he said sincerely, meeting Harry's gaze again. "I never expected to hear an apology from you, Harry. Not me, at least. For all the things I did to you, laying in a pool of my own blood was probably the least I deserved." He looked down at Teddy again. The little boy seemed content now, and he supposed the sound of their voices must have been soothing for him.
"I was your enemy. But you still- you still pulled me from a burning room. I still...lied to the Dark Lord about who you were," he rolled his eyes. "We're quite the odd couple. Make sure you don't make the stories too biased when you tell this little guy-" He smiled down at Teddy once more, rocking him gently.
