Draco hadn't recognised Harry at first, but then, on seeing him, began to worry that he hadn't made enough of an effort. He'd pulled on some jeans and grey shirt, the muggle clothing he approved wholeheartedly of, but was he too casual? Or not baby suitable? He just didn't know. And now his heart was racing and he was pretty sure he was going to break a sweat that he couldn't blame on the heat.
He stood as Harry approached, raising a hand in return greeting.
"Good morning," he greeted Harry, unable to stop the smile from spreading over his face. A genuine, heartfelt smile. And then his eyes dropped to Teddy, gnawing on himself in the pram. Draco squatted down to be on eye level with the infant, taking the ungnawed hand to shake it gently. "And hello to you, handsome. I'm Draco. I'm your cousin."
He glanced up at Harry again for a second, wondering if he was ok touching and talking to Teddy straight away- should there be some kind of integration period with children? he really didn't know - or if he should back off.
