So much had happened around the castle lately, and Angelina wasn't sure any of it had been good. Truth be told, Ang had been avoiding her friends. She hadn't seen George since she saw Fred, Ang had hidden from Alicia and Katie since they told her being with George was a bad idea, and Angelina hadn't seen Anthony since the same night. The only real interaction Angelina had gotten lately was the search, which left her feeling oddly connected to everyone involve. She spoke with the girls during detention, the staff during meals, but for the most part, Angelina Johnson was living a life of solitude.
Jumping at Sally's touch, Angelina turned towards her. "I, oh - I'm sorry, you startled me. Er, yeah I was just..." Angelina's words faded as her eyes flickered back to Fred's grave. "It hadn't been easy these last few weeks. I reckon being stuck with everyone's emotions has affected me." She thought she was over Fred's death, that she'd moved past it, but seeing him had brought all the pain rushing back. Angelina missed Fred more than she ever would have imagined - why had he died during the battle? What had he done to deserve that?
