Nicky hadn't really made a fuss about not coming, though he had said no several times. And because of that, he was happy by Justin's reaction to seeing him there. He wouldn't admit it, not even to himself, but it had been a little bit of a test on his previous fears. If Justin had been with someone else, he probably would have dropped off the camera and tried to find Jamie or one of his other rare friends.
He smiled and blushed, tucking his head down. "I wasn't going to, but..." He shrugged. "No one else was in the Common Room." Nicky's eyes wandered as Justin kissed his forehead. As usual, no one really seemed to be paying attention to him, and he was perfectly okay with that. "I was lonely, and..." he paused, "I wanted to see you." He bit his bottom lip, a particular habit which had left him with a little scar under his lip where his teeth had connected for years with his flesh.
