It was nice to have someone to talk to. Even if it was his job to sit and listen. Anthony already felt a little better, honestly. Just putting words to his frustrations and stress had helped. If only just a little. He felt better for saying it, but that didn't make the problems go away.
Anthony tucked his arm closer to himself but then eventually nodded. "Yes, please." He held out his arm, still ashamed of what he had done to himself. He'd never once thought of self mutilation and now he was unconsciously ripping his arm apart by his own hand. It was disgusting, really.
"I don't know. Maybe?" No, that was it exactly. Asking Justin was something he could control. He'd asked plenty of times, always knowing that the answer was no. He never expected a yes this time. That yes had thrown him for a loop, but he had been thrilled for all of fifteen hours before reality came crashing down on him. "I don't know."
