"Oh definitely. Of course you are," Ellie replied with a playful eye roll, shaking her head a bit in amusement at him. Though she looked up and made a face at him, sticking out her tongue when he said he had more important things than a social life. "Those are ridiculously important, Ernie. You know that as well as I do. You get all... awkward without human contact. It's common sense!" she said with a serious nod, though it was still mostly a joke. But she truly believed that socialization was an important part of a healthy psyche.
"Convince the house elves, definitely," she said with a playful nod. "Then no one can see my shame as I inhale unhealthy amounts and all that!" Giving him a wink she stretched out, sighing a bit before getting up and reaching down with both her hands to grab Ernie's and haul him up. "Come on, best friend. Break time!"
