Who: Dennis and Prince What: Visiting the Memorial When: Tuesday afternoon, after classes Where: The memorial site/graveyard Rating: Low Status: In Progress
Dennis just wanted to see his brother. He hadn't been by the memorial or the grave since the day of the service when the virus barrier came down and trapped them all. But with everything going on, people getting hurt, Death Eaters on the grounds, Dennis felt like it was his job now to go and check on his brother and make sure he was okay. That no one had done anything to his resting place or... anything. He knew that Inferi were a thing, and zombies scared the crap out of him. He also knew that using the bones and things from the dead was big in potions and whatnot. He wanted to make sure that none of that happened to Colin.
Colin, whose name he still couldn't say out loud, whose name he could barely think without shutting down.
When Prince agreed to go with him outside, Dennis practically snapped his journal up and bounced out of his room. Having that whole big room to himself was kind of weird. He missed his roommates. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, he would sneak into one of the upper years rooms, or down in the Common Room and sleep there. He didn't mind sleeping on the floor. His bed was too soft, and in the Common Room, the fire was nice. No one had said anything to him yet, so he just pretended like it didn't happen.
He waited patiently for Prince to come into the room, bouncing on the balls of his feet.
