Timothy was touched by Aster trying to reassure him, even if he couldn't see things in the same way. He'd only ever been a subject of ridicule or curiosity by most and it was as though having a magical ailment like his made people forget about his right to consent to anything. Aster had been curious but respectful, as had Theo, but this definitely wasn't the norm and Timothy felt sure that the wider Wizarding World wouldn't be as accepting of him. He certainly couldn't relax out in the Muggle world again.
He liked Aster's optimism though - it was a little contagious - and he could happily be kissed like that for hours and not get bored. He did squeak a little when Aster pet at his tail, but he managed to gather himself before he embarassed himself. "Wow, that's so cool!" he enthused honestly, the idea of being able to become an astronaut so far away from his abilities that he'd need to be an astronaut to get to them. Aster could do it though, he was sure. "What are you named after?" he queried, curious.
