Gabe laughed at last. He brought his thumbs up to brush the skin under Andy's eyes, just in case. There were tons of options for where to go with his hands next, especially given the fact that the courtyard was deserted, but he settled them somewhere around his ex's (maybe not forever) hips. It would have to serve as a deterrent toward moving away. "I promise, if I start feeling the slightest bit poorly, you'll be the first to know. But, you have to promise me in return that you won't try to visit if I tell you not to. There's no sense in tempting fate so openly." Saying so made him realize again that it wouldn't be the end of the world if he lost his magic. He was resourceful; he'd find a way to get by without it. People, on the other hand, were quite a bit harder to replace. As in, impossible.
"In the meantime, I'm not going anywhere. So. I'm all yours." It didn't matter much what they did. A walk might be nice, or Gabe had even thought of borrowing a broom from the castle supply at some point. He hadn't done much flying since his last year as a student. Staying right where they were was fine, too, leaned into one another and talking. He was curious as to what Andy had been doing to fill his time when they weren't together.
