Gabe hadn't jumped; that was nice to see, although Andy had to worry about Gabe's guard being down - he was still very aware that Lucian was lurking around the place somewhere. Andy's smile was already there and ready to greet Gabe's when it came. Gabe was perched there like some angel in a stylised painting, sans wings but still as much a saviour and force of good as Andy had ever known. He stepped closer and almost didn't want to touch, like he would ruin it somehow if he did, but the siren call of Gabe's hands was too much for him and he reached out tentatively to take hold of Gabe's fingertips.
"I was looking for you." he advised, rubbing his thumb against Gabe's knuckles in a move he was almost helpless to resist. "I felt like I hadn't seen you for a while, I wanted to check you were okay." he cocked his head at Gabe, although he wasn't really assessing. "You okay?"
