While Zacharias wouldn't have minded the extra practical experience (Merlin knows he needed it, especially given his mediocre OWL scores and allergy to working in class), he somehow doubted the DA would welcome him back with open arms. He'd annoyed everyone to a pretty extreme degree and his running out of the battle certainly hadn't added to his popularity. But if he was truly sorry, if he made the right allies and tried, well maybe they might? It seemed insurmountable, but Zacharias was able to change, wasn't he?
He laughed, leaning into Anthony as he rested his head on his shoulder. He breathed in the sent of the other boy, momentarily wondering how anyone could ONLY find girls attractive when there were so many pleasant things about boys as well. Then he remembered that he wasn't exactly open about his attractions. His parents never actually said they'd disown him if he came out, but they certainly expected him to marry a witch and give them heirs. They didn't seem to care if he was as miserable in that marriage as they both appeared to be. The thought did not do much to encourage him. He let the thought go (who wanted to think of such things when there was a very handsome bloke there interested in snogging...and maybe more?) and nodded. "What will they do with themselves if they don't have me to hate though? They'll have to find a new villain," he mused.
Zacharias shrugged easily, the flirtation not leaving his smile. "I liked to be teased up to a point, sure. But I also like follow through." He almost complained when Anthony moved his hands off him until he saw it was to take his shirt off. Well, that was certainly helpful. He didn't hesitate to follow suit, his own shirt tossed aside just as quickly before the other boy had a hand in his hair and Zacharias was a bit like jello then. Jello that also was pretty horny. "Definitely done talking," he replied, closing the short distance between them and kissing him hungrily. His hands now explored the expanse of Anthony's skin, free from it's shirt. Definitely not bored, Zacharias stopped thinking for a bit so he could just feel.
