If it was after dinner, then it might not be long before Madam Pomfrey returned. But still Sabrina scooted over on the bed, leaving enough room for Grant to lie down beside her. She curled up on her side and put her head on his shoulder and her arm across his waist. Thankfully she'd brought her night shirt with her and had put it on as soon as Madam Pomfrey had given her the potions. It was long enough to come down halfway on her legs and she was glad she had pulled the covers over herself now. Grant didn't need to see that, she was sure.
"I hope Pomfrey doesn't give you a hard time," she whispered. "They expect us to get through almost two years worth of study in one and deal with all of this extra stuff on top of it."
