Sabrina knew a little about Grant's sleep problems and it worried her as much as her own. She hoped that maybe they could both get some sleep in the same bed for at least one night. No doubt Madam Pomfrey would give them both the third degree in the morning if Sabrina didn't slip out of Grant's bed before she came around to check on them.
Those two words were exactly what she needed to hear, but she knew they came out of his overtired mind. Grant wouldn't say them willingly if he was fully awake. And Sabrina didn't know how to reply because if she replied she might ruin the moment.
She simply kissed his cheek and curled in closer to him, listening to the sound of his breath as he drifted off to sleep.
