Megan didn't expect anyone to see her. And she certainly didn't expect to see the newcomer - the extremely attractive newcomer to find her crying like an idiot. She had never seen him before the memorial ceremony though he claimed to have family from Hogsmeade. She hadn't had a reason to approach him before now and ask who he was and what he did for a living. It was her way - the journalist inside her wanted to know everything about this man. According to her research, Parkinson had already staked her claim on him. But that didn't mean Megan couldn't flirt with him a bit and be polite.
She bit her bottom lip and shook her head. She was being silly, having a moment of weakness that no one should've seen. She took a deep breath and put on a smile.
"Yes, I'm fine," she replied. "Just memories is all. I'm sorry, I must've disturbed your walk. Are you finding your way around all right?"
