Laura sized up the situation as best as she could, taking in what she was being told and...wait, she recognized the man! "M-Mister Jordan?!" She asked, her voice rising in pitch. She'd just met him earlier in the day, when she was going about the office introducing herself to everyone she could. What had happened to him to hurt him so bad, and right outside their office!
"Uh, yeah, I do. Have magic." Mister Jordan's wand was broken and the lady speaking to her had no magic, meaning it was up to her to help them. "I know some spells, but I'm not a healer.." She thinks for a moment, and then raises her wand to the sky and shoots up red sparks. It was the first spell her mother ever taught her in times of emergencies. 'If you are ever in danger, sod the statute, shoot up sparks and someone will find you. Even muggles have flares to signal for help.'
Laura crouched by the couple, looking over his more serious wounds that she could see. "If no other help comes, I can do my best to stop the bleeding, a-and I just got my apparition license so I could apparate him to St. Mungo's." The idea of side-along apparitioning was terrifying to Laura, she'd only ever done it in her apparition lessons to pass her test. This was an entirely different situation.
The first wound she noticed was the big W on his chest. She raised her wand over the wound, gritting her teeth and trying to focus as much energy as she could into the minor healing spell, hoping to give it a little more power. "Episkey."
