Angelina couldn't help but sob when he called her Angel, trying to hold herself together, trying to keep the animal inside of her at bay. She was so angry, her limbs shook and she could barely stop herself from running at full speed at whoever had done this. She wanted to. She needed to. But then he'd have no one to help him... "You're not fine, stop trying to be a tough guy," she tried to joke lamely, but it was broken by another sob as she pressed her forehead to his gently.
"Shut up, I'm not going anywhere, Lee. Not now, not ever..." Looking up then at the girl who had arrived, she was surprised when Lee seemed to recognize her, but that must have meant she wasn't part of the group that attacked him, and that maybe, just maybe, she could be trusted.
"Magic... Do you have magic? Mine's gone and... the bleeding. Do you know any healing spells?" she pleaded, looking back at Lee. "If you don't, please, please find someone. I can't... I don't know what to do. I can't help.." she hated herself in that moment. She hated the ministry, and she hated however this virus came to be. She felt so fucking useless without her magic right in that moment, and wondered how many more times throughout her life she'd feel this way...
"We'll get you a new wand, Lee. Or you can have mine. But we're not going to worry about that now, okay? We just need to get you help... And I'm going to find whoever did this, and tear them to pieces." Her last sentence was punctuated with a deep growl, her entire body going tense like she was going to spring up and away at any moment. Anyone near could probably feel the danger she presented in that moment, but she knew she couldn't act on it, and that was destroying her.
