The confused look didn't leave Fred's face. If anything, he got a little more concerned. Something was definitely wrong, but he couldn't put his finger on it. He just knew what he was feeling. Though, his brother's statement distracted him a little. "Minister? Wow! That's... congratulations, Perce. You must be thrilled."
