Jessie blinked a few times after the short brush of lips. That hadn't at all been what she was expecting. "I, um, thought you said making out?" Not that she was complaining, but she had come all the way here from the dungeons! It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it was still out of the way, even if she hadn't had to even leave the school.
As soon as she said it though, her cheeks flared bright red to match her hair. "Sorry, that was inappropriate of me." But the ice did seem to be a little less... stable, so that was nice enough. And maybe, if her sister wouldn't mind, Jessie was going to borrow some of Ronnie's courage. She lifted a hand, placing it on Phoebe's cheek and leaned in again, pressing their lips together for a bit longer than Phoebe had managed to do. It still wasn't quite making out, but some of the color in her cheeks had disappeared when she pulled away, bringing her hand away from Phoebe's cheek and curling up at her own mouth.
