Who: Phoebe and Jessie What:Carpe diem makeouts When: Wednesday evening, after dinner Where: Behind the portrait of Abelard the Acceptable on the third floor (between the bathroom and classrooms). Rating/Warnings: Low-ish/Girl kissing
Phoebe would be lying if she said she wasn't excited about the prospect of what was to come. She'd never kissed a girl before but she'd always wanted to. She'd known for a long time that gender wasn't a barrier to attraction for her, but sadly, it was easier to find boys for smooching than it was to find girls.
The little room behind the portrait of Abelard the Acceptable had one tiny window, and she was honestly surprised she'd never found anyone else in there. One of the castle ghosts had pointed it out to her one day, so the idea that he'd never told anyone else seemed weird to her. Ah well. Perhaps he had told other people, and she'd just had good timing thus far. Perhaps he'd taken a liking to her and she really was the only one in on the secret.
Either way, when she reached the portrait, the corridor was empty, and so was the little room when she popped the door open. It was as small as she remembered - maybe ten feet by ten feet, and that was a generous estimate. The Persian rug on the floor, the cushions, they had all been there the first time she opened the room, and they were there now, undisturbed. Maybe she really was the only one who knew about this place?
All she needed to do now was wait, so she plopped down on a fat purple cushion and drew her knees up, hugging them and resting her chin on her arms as she waited for Jessie to show up.
