Penny&Percy
Penny had gone for Ravenclaw blue for her dress, and though Percy had been questioning at her choice of shoe for the outfit, he hadn't filed an official complaint.
They sat a few rows behind George, a few in front of Bill, and Charlie was over to the side of them at the other end. His very presence annoyed Penny in a completely irrational way, her brow furrowing every time she cast him a glance. He was annoying, it was probably that, and the constant giggling with him and his date was pissing her off something chronic.
She was glad to get to the reception. The ceremony had been beautiful, if not a little too pink for her tastes, and Stephen had looked so handsome. She wondered if a blue and red wedding would look good, or if it was best to stick to simple colours-
"Oh, it's so beautiful," Penny said, grasping Percy's arm as they walked into the dressed up ballroom. "Percy! Look how beautiful it is! Oh, it's so lovely. Stephen had a wonderful barman at his party, he made incredible cocktails, I wonder if he's here- Although we'd both be ridiculously drunk in about an hour if he is," she grinned, leaning into Percy's side.
Molly had been a mess when Penny had seen her earlier, but in a good way, she was sure. She'd told Penny how beautiful she looked, how lovely she and Percy looked together, and how glad she was to see them with each other. So, well, Penny supposed Molly was anticipating marrying off another of her sons soon.
