Francis & OPEN!
Francis hadn't been invited per se, but as one of the caterers, he brought his fare and stayed for the reception. Because who doesn't love a party?! His display was set up beside the wedding cake; a multi tiered presentation, consisting of individual bowls of ice cream, artistically shaped like roses. The final effect looked like a huge, multi-colored bouquet, each color representing a different flavour, and was something new Francis was offering out of the parlor. His (late) father's patented No-Melt Ice Cream ensured it would 'melt in your mouth, not in the bowl</i>.
This was Francis' first major catering event since the parlor was re-opened, and he was quite proud of his accomplishment in a child-like manner. His smile beamed as he mingled among the crowd, asking everybody if they'd had some ice cream. Because after all, "I made it!" As if there were any doubt who did.
