Ronnie didn't miss much. She took pride on how observant she was, and so when Jessie immediately struck up a defensive position, she let out a small sigh as she sat at one of the desks. Alright, so right to it then. She nodded to herself, trying to decide where to start.
"I didn't want to talk to you to fight, or even for us to bond or anything." Merlin knew that ship had sailed a long time ago. "I just thought that you should know everything that happened last year. There was a lot that I hid from you two, because I thought that it was necessary. But maybe it was just because I wouldn't have been able to stand it if either of you started looking at me differently." Ronnie paused, her eyes glancing between the desk and her sister. She couldn't focus entirely on her twin.
She had done a lot of things last year for her siblings' sake. She ran a hand through her hair before she continued, "I don't want you to feel like I'm doing this because I want you to feel like you owe me. It's just that...I might not be around, and I don't want you to doubt that I do-" No, no matter what mood they were in, the twins had never said they loved each other. Ronnie couldn't bring herself to cross that line, even now. "-I would do anything for you."
