He leaned into the desk, crossing his arms a moment. "I'd like to see the boy and the rune for myself. And I'd happily take copies of your notes before I felt comfortable with a certain conclusion. But I'd like to help."
He had watched the students suffer greatly. They felt vulnerable and any progress to assure them that these moments of darkness could be defeated would go a long way in reestablishing hope. "We may need something stronger than the mice. Do you have any ideas?"
