Who: Ronnie and OPEN
What: Someone's sulking
Where: Hospital Wing
When: Saturday evening
Ronnie was beyond bored. She even thought that her boredom had squashed out any of her usual anger, which was interesting. But it had been over a week in the hospital wing, and they still didn't know if she was just sick or if it was the virus. Ronnie didn't know either. She had put her wand on her bedside table when she first arrived and hadn't touched it since. She had no desire to slowly watch her magic fade.
There were only a few nice things about being here, that only marginally made up for being sick in the first place. First, was that Poppy was with her, so she wasn't completely alone. The healers were nice, even though she had gone through a few moods were she was less than pleasant. She was able to sleep whenever she wanted, though that had resulted in her feeling exhausted in general, since she was getting too much sleep. But, that was it, pretty much. Everything else sucked.
She had been lying in her bed, just staring at the ceiling for nearly an hour before she got up, wrapping a blanket around her shoulders. Ronnie couldn't just lay there anymore, it let her think about too many things. She wandered toward the entrance of the wing, until she saw a chair next to the window closest to the doors. She sat down, her head looking out the window as she focused on breathing so that she didn't go into another coughing fit. She didn't like being outside, not anymore, but after being cooped up for a week, she wanted nothing more than to make the walk back to the village.
She didn't know how long she had sat there before something changed. Ronnie sat up a little straighter when she heard footsteps. She couldn't tell if they were from the hallway outside the wing, or if it was just a healer making rounds without turning her head. She could hear them getting closer though, while she was debating on just looking to see who it was. She let out a sigh, turning around to see who it was, an eyebrow raising.
"Hello."
