Lia could feel how sorry he truly was, and even though part of her wanted to be mad, she just couldn't be. Right in that moment Seamus looked so lost... so uncertain. It killed her, and she wasn't going to be the one to add to that.
"Hey... stop. No. It's okay, Seamus," she said, pulling him to her again, running her fingers gently through his hair, down his neck and back, rubbing gently.
"This isn't your fault. I'm sorry I was mad I didn't... I just didn't know what was going on. But all I know is if a Death Eater was involved, no matter what shite he told you, this isn't on you. You've been through too much already, okay?" And as though Lia and Seamus suddenly switched places, Li couldn't help the absolute rage and anger she was feeling towards Lucius Malfoy at that moment. She wanted to punch him, to scream at him and hurt him, but not right now. Right now she was concerned with Shay.
"Come on, sit down. I love you and you're here now and that's what matters, okay?"
