“I have my moments.” Percy said with a smirk and a nod of his head. Sure, he wasn’t as clever as someone like George, but he was still a quick thinker in his own right. He took a sip of the drink when Justin had finished pouring, letting the amber liquid warm his body. He noted, a bit curiously, that the drink tasted slightly different than normal, but he couldn’t quite place it. Was it just the difference between the taste buds in this body and his own? The taste seemed to hit him differently, and it was a unique but unsettling sensation, that caused him to take and even bigger sip.
“At least there is still some good.” Percy mentioned with a slight raise of his own glass. “Things may be bad, but they aren’t as bad as last year, I believe. At least there are some safe places left.”
