Cassius knew that for someone who suffered such a serious injury, really, a career ending one, being able to fly around with out the need of charms was a big step. And though he generally didn't feel anything for other people, this particular case included, he couldn't help but smile for his housemate. At the very least, he wanted to feel happy for Adrian even if it wasn't totally honest. He tried to feel things, he was just... better at being numb. It was easier. "Glad to hear it. I'm sure I would be quite ecstatic if I were in your shoes. Now we just have to seeing about getting the hell out of here, though..." he stopped, shrugging a bit and looking up at the sky. It was still weird to imagine he couldn't leave, but he was more than aware this was the fact.
"I'm starting to wonder when that's ever going to be. Wish I could help out there, but medical business ain't exactly my department," he said, running a hand over his face. It was tiring business, really. There was shit going on every day, and it never seemed to end.
"I appreciate that, Adrian, but sometimes I'm not so sure. I'll feel better if I actually start coming up with some answers, that's for sure. But I'm about as lost as all the other DMLE here. Something... something tells me some of these attacks might be of human origin but..." really he wasn't sure how much more to say. "Something tells me there's more than that going on here." Good enough.
"You wanna go for a fly then? If you'd rather keep to yourself, I can buzz off until you're done here."
