Charlie couldn't stop his eyes dropping to Penny's stomach as she spoke about her clothes. It wasn't the most noticeable thing, especially for someone who wasn't around her all the time, but Charlie was well aware of how drastic a pregnancy could change a girl. He shoved his hands into his pockets and lifted his gaze back to her face.
"You'd think, since having babies is so important and everything, pregnancy wouldn't be such a pain," He remarked before realising that could be construed as rude or thoughtless and he quickly attempted to change the subject, "Er but yeah, the acromantulas are doing great. None of them have managed to escape or eat one another yet, so I think we might be able to keep the whole batch of them."
