Penny looked up, terrified at the thought of Edgar hurting himself like that. "Edgar! Why? Why did you do that? Are you okay?" she asked, holding her kneazle like a big, purring baby. He seemed a lot happier now that he was here, he didn't seem to be too bothered, or in too much pain. If it were any animal other than her own, she'd want to go through a whole lot of other rigorous tests to make sure it was okay, but Edgar would tell her, he'd tell her if he wasn't okay. But still, even as she played with his paws and he purred loudly, Penny's bottom lip trembled.
"He must have been worried. He's so silly. Oh goodness. Charlie, thank Merlin you were there," she said, turning her gaze on him. "Thank you so much. He obviously likes you. thank you."
