Who: Aster & Timothy When: After the Halloween Ball Where: Outside the Hall heading towards the Ravenclaw dorms What: Timothy can't do crowds for too long Rating: More Cute; panic attacks, claustrophobia
Timothy couldn't cut it in a crowd and after talking with Harold and then trying to join in with the festivities while keeping an eye on Aster his nerve finally failed and he bolted. He felt claustrophobia grab him by the throat and shake him like a dog with a rabbit and while he left the hall with some semblance of calm it fled him when he left the room.
He walked down the corridor calm as you please until he turned the corner and then started running, the cape around his shoulders making him feel worse and so he took it off and let it slide to the floor behind him, the coat alongside it. His hat and bandanna, the patch and the Transfigured parrot followed and only then did he feel a little more like was able to breathe. His tail whipped out helping him keep his balance as he ran around corners and bounced off walls until he'd run his near panic out and slowed.
He only realised when he looked around that he'd been making his way to the Ravenclaw dorms, or as close as he could get anyway. He'd never have any luck guessing the riddle but the fact that he was even there made him laugh at himself, nevermind the possibility of him getting in by himself. He supposed it wasn't that surprising, seeing as Aster had been on his mind a lot and his mind tended to scatter or focus when he panicked - looked like it had focused down to the kid and his feet had brought him here.
He was feeling less like he was going to have a heart attack although he still felt itchy and the wrong size in his skin. He took a deep breath and then settled back against the wall, knee cocked up and waiting for Aster, hoping he wouldn't have to wait out a stream of returning Ravenclaws for fear he'd lose his nerve again and leave without seeing him at all.
