Dean & Ginny
Dean usually looked forward to Halloween each year, and the festivities that came along with it. However, this year, it was a bit different with the death of his mum still mostly in his thoughts. It was difficult to not think of that night, but knew it would take some time. And until then, he knew that it was best to get out there and interact with everyone once again instead of sticking close to only a select few. A party seemed like a good way to do that.
He was at a loss of what to dress up as though. A few that sprung to mind, but didn't feel all that appropriate, so in the end, he let Ginny decide. If she said anything other than some famous quidditch player, Dean was going to be surprised. And he was when she suggested going as two of the weird Sisters. In the end, he thought it would be more funny to go with the member that had the mohawk, which was Heathcote Barbary.
The entire way down to the Great Hall, Dean ran a hand along the smooth parts of his head. He had let the red head charm his hair to stand up on his own and change the color slightly to match the rockstar. It felt strange, but he could deal with it for one night.
Well, he hoped, but still found a way to joke about it.
"Sorry," he said as she caught him touching the hair for what seemed like the millionth time. A smile was already there with a small laugh as he held on to her hand with his free one. Dean had borrowed a guitar from another student with the promise that nothing would happen to it. And he picked out clothes that appeared similar-ish to what a rock star would wear to complete the costume with the fluffy collar and sunglasses to boot. Of course, the attire had to be a bit charmed too. Dean winked as he added, "I'm just not used to this kind of hair. Unless, you think it's a good look for me. Maybe I'll keep it."
