| High school: the best and worst of times - especially if you can move things with your mind, shoot fire from your fingertips, or lift up a car with one hand. Welcome to Tranquility, Pennsylvania, just another ordinary small town in a post-evolutionary world. Tensions are running high as, one by one, the powered students are outed and the anti-powered sentiment strengthens. It’s been thirty years since the Powered People’s Protection Act was passed, yet the world is still filled with discrimination and hatred, and in a small town like Tranquility, things don’t change unless you force them to. One thing is certain: revolution is coming, and sooner or later, everyone is going to have to choose a side. |

It takes more than winning a war to get to, "All was well." In 2005, the Wizarding World is facing challenges it never expected. Recent advances in muggle technology threaten to put an end to the Statute of Secrecy and the fragile peace magical society has finally achieved.
One mysterious new group aims to put an end to the Statute by any means necessary. They've drawn up a list of enemies, posted it for all to see and, one by one, terrible things are happening to the people whose names appeared on it.

They had been granted an opportunity to put right everything that had gone wrong. Can Harry save his parents? Can Draco fix it so he is never asked to kill Dumbledore? Can Peter escape the lure of the Death Eaters? Can Severus keep Lily safe? Or could they possibly make everything worse?
Dark time-travel game Chronic Ressurection has had a recent influx of good guys, particularly in trio era, and we are in dire need of some bad, evil, shady, dodgy, immoral, amoral, bitchy, mean, vindictive, violent, or ambiguous types to bring the balance back to the dark side. Death Eaters, Slytherins, or just unsavoury characters are all welcomed and loved. We're an awesome game and we are absolutely not going to die - we're stubborn as can be, you see, and the current mods met on the game and got married, so have rather an attachment to the old place. We're set in 1980 and 2001 exploring the AU that arises following the inadvertent time-travel of four key individuals from 2001. 1980 is just a little AU, whilst 2001 is very AU because Harry got distracted by time travel and Voldemort won. The players are all friendly and there are no cliques. There's a plot post every week, but interpersonal plots are also highly encouraged. We have the easiest application process in the world and the most flexible activity requirements ever. We love IC drama and angst and dark nastiness, because it's fun.
