Hogwarts, meet the Ministry.
With the latest orders from the Ministry, the structure of the Prefect system at Hogwarts was the first change: Prefects have been paired by year and house, forming a team which cannot assign detentions or take house points without consulting one another. It was from this new policy that the Inquisitorial Squad was reborn: a student-run club designed to train interested students in Ministry issues and conflict resolution. At Hogwarts, things are orderly, organized, and above all, fair - or are they?
Prefects are finding new ways to abuse their powers and control others. Students retaliate in their own ways, bringing personal issues before the Inquisitorial Squad, treating it more like a Hogwarts' version of the Wizengamot than a wizarding Model UN club. A secret society runs amok in the student underground, their activities and intentions mysterious and seemingly neutral -- for now.
In a socially revolutionary game, the members of Absit Invidia invite you to join the new generation of wizards and witches as they return to Hogwarts, the war of their parents forgotten. Their new challenge? The battles of everyday life as a young magician; struggling to make friendships, remember charms and pass classes in the face of adjusted policies and countless possibilities. |

Welcome to Seattle in the year 2011. The world is not as it appears to be. There are non-humans living amongst you. They live in the shadows, just out of view of the Government and the Agency of Alien Life Research.
The Agency runs, to the mundane world, under the guise of looking for and researching extra terrestrial life forms, bringing to mundane minds thoughts of Area 51, Roswell, and UFOs. But that is not what they do. They are more interested in the creatures that go bump in the night. They are hunting down the supernatural beings amongst the human population and finding out what makes them tick.
Due to this knowledge, most of the non-human population keeps quiet and to itself. There are some groups that meet in back alleys, nightclubs that are friendly to their kind, and in private residences. Others prefer to do their reaching out online. They utilize LINKNET, a secure-against-The-Agency internet connection. Here they can keep in contact with those like themselves, without fear of being found. To gain a copy of LINKNET, one must obtain an invite code from a current LINKNET user.
