Prompt: #54. After Voldemort's defeat, Lupin visits Charlie at the dragon-sanctuary, only to find a familiar Potions Master, who had been thought dead, working there. Snape has been greatly changed/damaged/disabled by Nagini's venom. Suggested by

Oh, oh. I love it, I love it. You can't believe how overjoyed I was when I saw that you had claimed the prompt - and then sad, to think that you were gone and would never write it. I'm thrilled that you're back making a special guest appearance.

So much to love about this story - the opening paragraph had me hooked! The vivid description, straight into the world where dragons fly. I love the glimpses you write of the reserve - I get a sense of incredible beauty and rough dwellings and people living with joy and purpose.
Charlie is great, practical and empathic and cheerfully alive.

And the sex. *Melt*. And the emotional bonding. *Dissolve*. No one writes snape/lupin quite like you.

	Hi. You don't know me, but I recognize your name from lurking at the lupin_snape community. I just wanted to say this was wonderfully written and I really enjoyed reading it. Excellent characterizatons, the sex was both hot and sweet, and Severus as a dragon rider just worked. It's a shame your journal is gone, but good luck with whatever it was that you're moving on to! 	Thanks, and especially for coming out of lurkerdom to comment. It is much appreciated. I am glad you liked it, since it is one of those fics I am quite satisfied with. There were so many lines I could have picked out... just beautiful. I loved the imagery of the dragons so much - they are, in a way, quite underused in HP.

Brought back many happy memories of Pern. And Remus - You should let that wolf of yours out a bit - and Severus were perfect together.

Loved it.
