[He's a martial artist with the balance of a cat. All this stupid activity required was staying on his feet. He should be able to do this! Tentatively, Kyou takes another step, arms lifted awkardly in the air. He isn't skating at all, more like carefully shuffling along the ice.
Pathetically.
It isn't working very well and looks pretty goofy, it's obvious that he's never done this before. No one should be surprised when his legs slide a little too much, launching the cat off his feet and painfully onto the ice. The impact from the fall hitting his tailbone and shooting up his back as he cringed, teeth clenched.]
