Phantasos

[Reid is wandering around, still wearing his bulletproof vest with FBI across the chest, his shield on his belt, and his trusty leather satchel strapped across his body. He isn't walking casually, but he's not in completely heightened awareness of his surroundings. He's simply being careful, like a well-trained agent that hasn't decided if this is a hostile situation or not. His gun is in hand, so very like a certain other dream of his. But there were no basement stairs. Just endless hallways.]

This certainly was in poor tastes for a joke. Somehow I should have expected no less. [Muttering to himself and looking around ever so curiously. It's a city. Interesting. Now where is he?]

Snow!

The streets are lined with huge, fluffy piles of snow. All sidewalks and streets, however, are clear, so please enjoy the walk through our wintery wonderland

You may find the shops now have coats and hats, gloves and scarves, materials for making snowmen and some newly-crafted sleds for playing on the hills.
