Fic: Bad Things, Numb3rs AU, Ben/Brian, PG [21 Nov 2006|12:06am]
[ mood | tired ]
[ music | Bad Things -- Jace Everett ]

Title: Bad Things
Rating: PG
Pairing: Brian/Ben UST
Warnings: Does slash even count as a warning for me?
Disclaimer: Anything you recognize is not mine. I just like to play with the pretties.
Summary: When Ben met Brian and what he did one year later
Notes: The title is a tribute to Jace Everett’s song, Bad Things. Takes place in my Flash AU. Oh, and for those that don’t know, trompe l’oeil is French, it means ‘deceives the eye.’ In relation to art, it’s used to describe paintings that fool the viewer into thinking it/some element of it is real. For example, the Sistine Chapel ceiling has some amazing trompe l’oeil architecture. The architecture that’s mixed in with the figures was painted with the figures; it doesn’t actually exist. AND this takes place in my Flash Alternate Universe
Beta: [info]jestana, I made some additions after she went over it, so any mistakes are entirely my fault.

I don't know what you've done to me, / But I know this much is true: / I wanna do bad things with you. )

[ mood | pessimistic ]
[ music | The Darkest Star -- Depeche Mode ]

Title: More An Antique Roman Than A Dane
Pairing: Horatio/Hamlet unrequited
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Character deaths, beaucoup angst, despair
Disclaimer: I am no Shakespeare, this is merely my interpretation of Horatio’s thought processes.
Notes: Kenneth Branagh’s Hamlet inspired this, specifically Nicholas Farrell’s portrayal of Horatio.
Dedication: To [info]lacecravat, I hope you enjoy this one as much as you did the other.
Beta: the ever-faithful, [info]jestana who has been my own Horatio at times.

O, God, Horatio, what a wounded name )
