Eddie laughed at that, and at the almost wistful look on her face. "Did you happen to get my number? Because I wouldn't mind taking some lessons on how to make epically illicit love to a woman. I think I'm jealous of your dream-man," he teased good-naturedly.
The waiter returned, and Eddie laughed as he picked up his menu. "I'm afraid my friend and I were, uh, catching up on some mutual, er, friends. Give us one more minute, please?" he asked. The waiter, most likely noting her blush, nodded and turned away once more, although he hovered just out of ear shot.
"I hear the seafood is good here, although that seems to be true most places I've been here in Athens. Do you have any idea what you want?" Because he didn't. He was hungry, and yet nothing really was standing out. He felt off. Although he didn't feel sick. It was more as though being with her had him wanting something that no place in Athens, or anywhere else for that matter, would serve.
