The overwhelming feeling of knowing swept over Jackson when he saw Keiran's haggard but happy visage step out of the door. It was exactly like it was with Ginny only stronger. Not much stronger, but it was almost overwhelming.
"I think you and I should talk," he said softly, his deep voice pitched low. Not that many people could hear them in the crowded bar, but he wanted Keiran to know he meant business. "And you know what I want to talk about."
With a cocked eyebrow, he looked at Keiran pointedly. "On our break since it took you forever to get ready and we have to start our shift now."
