Aelin and Open
Aelin woke up, and it was in the wrong place. That wouldn't be too terribly concerning except that it was no place she recognized and she'd been a lot of places across the world. It looked different than anything she'd encountered, the trees were just wrong. That put her on her guard, immediately, and she pulled herself to her feet.
She kicked the tupperware, not having a clue what it was, it landing a few feet away. She did a quick check of her weapons, all were in their rightful places, and she breathed a sigh of relief at that. She could manage with anything and nothing but she liked the comforting feel of them. Once satisfied nothing was going to attack immediately she bent to check the container she'd kicked and the note. She didn't know what the phone was but pocketed it anyways. A thing called sunscreen, which she also didn't know about, was left behind. She was a creature of fire, sun didn't phase her.
The canteen was however a welcomed find and she opened it to sniff it first for anything she could smell wrong with it. Then she sipped it, taking her time to taste for poisons and anything else that would be determinantal to her health. Satisfied it was probably just water, she took a good drink and looked around. She began to investigate her surroundings.
If someone called out near by, she would turn, dagger in one hand, fire dancing in the other, ready to attack but not doing so yet just in case they had answers.
