For most of the seventh-year students, Dark Arts proceeded as usual -- students who had failed to Cruciate their Jarveys last week were handed over to the students who had succeeded at the task so that the latter could continue practicing the Cruciatus Curse on the former. Upon entering the classroom, however, the Hufflepuffs -- Hannah, Susan, Megan, Ernie, and Zacharias -- were told to go to the back of the room, as was Anthony. It was until Amycus had got the other students started on their work (including restraining uncooperative students if necessary) that he went to the back to deal with them. Amycus seemed to be an unusually good mood, and he also had a roll of parchment with him for some reason. He then told the Hufflepuffs that he was going to give them a special favour, as he heard about how angry they were about a certain Muggle Studies essay that had been read aloud last week and his sister had surely never expected such a reaction when she picked it. In short, the Hufflepuffs had the whole class to vent their anger by practicing the Cruciatus Curse (and, if they want, the Imperius Curse, other hexes and jinxes, etc.) on Anthony. It was basically anything goes (even 'Muggle dueling' methods are acceptable), BUT at least one of them had to Cruciate him every ten minutes at the very least or else Anthony had to Cruciate Hannah (which Amycus assures them all he can and will do) -- or even he would do it himself as a teacher doing a demonstration for the class if he felt like it as he keeps an eye on them and the rest of the class. For extra motivation, he also had read his essay about Justin (the roll of parchment) outloud again throughout the class. --- Hufflepuffs, please post your reactions in the comments below and I will comment back using Anthony's journal or the mod account (as Amycus) if necessary. Other seventh-year Dark Arts students may also post their reactions (optional) if anyone wants to, but please wait until the main characters involved in this post first. |
