Don't know if this is intentional or not, but this story (and this part in particular) TOTALLY reminded me of Schindler's List, which is one of my absolute favorite movies, and was so cool. I also really love how he reacts after meeting with Aberforth, how he is upset and scared but can't admit it to himself. It was simple, yet so effective, and just really well done.
