Gah! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! And your review is so awesome! I especially like this: "Dear, stiff, emotional, clueless Percy - really good characterization: the know-it-all thing with his family and therapy, his utter inability to figure out his own baggage, and so unbending that he...he just burst with sensual hawtness!" Yes! Exactly! He was wound so tight, he essentially exploded. X-)

His family's reaction was, of course, less than ideal. The problem is not only their reaction to Percy, but also Percy's reaction to them. I think old wounds and uncertainties kept Percy from really opening up to them, made him keep all his armour up, so they just weren't able to see how troubled he really was. Instead of talking to them like human beings, he got all lecture-y on them. Perhaps they oughta be used to that and be able to read him better. But he should probably know better by now too, I think. Percy simply felt safer talking to Harry.

And poor, sweet Harry! I like the idea of a mature Harry who's still kinda clueless; I tried to strike that balance. And don't worry too much about him, 'cause all the hot sex helped get him through Percy's whirlwind of confusion. ;)

Hee, I'm so happy and relieved that you liked it! You're very welcome, I had so much fun writing this!
