There weren't many people that she could trust 100% of the time. The Winchesters made that short list. But everyone else? It seemed like a lot of people's priorities and alliances could change. And when dealing with angels? Things got even murkier.

She wasn't too keen on the idea of sleeping in a room with an angel who might potentially be dangerous to her but she didn't see how she had much of a choice. She certainly couldn't find anywhere to request a room change and as much as she wanted to protect herself, it was probably bad form to put up angel wards in a room that was supposed to belong to an angel.

"If not Sam, then who said something to you?"

She wasn't going to let that subject drop. Someone had said something and Jo felt that it needed to be addressed. They had enough shit going on here without turning on each other.
