Mia wasn't having a good day, very tired. Instead of staying in bed, hunting down the Birds or new team members, she keep herself in the dining room with her bow and arrows. She had put up her hair and decided to do maintenance on her bow and arrows like Oliver and Connor has taught her. She moved her case to the table, unclasp it, and pulled her bow. Mia smiled as she could hear Oliver telling her to make sure that she looked at every string, pulley, screw, and area of the bow for any issues. She did just that and when she found it in perfect condition, Mia sat it on the table and started to go through her arrows. Slowly Mia's eyes inspected for any wear and tear, including cracks or splinters. Once again she could here her mentors lecturing her on how prevention is much better than dealing with issues that could occur since the arrow could cause a problem while using the bow, which would avoid injuries or having to replace the bow. Mia started to hum lightly, her fingers put the arrows away in her quiver. She took a moment to rub her eyes, little black spots were appearing. Mia then picked up the bow, pulled it back, making sure the string wasn't lose and snapped the string as if she shot off an arrow, she might need to tighten it a little. |
