It was just a door, a simple door, Laurel had slipped out of her room and the door had appeared, she walked right into it. As she walked out of it, she couldn't breathe, she was coughing holding the wall in the hallway as she caught her breath. Laurel leaned against the wall, trying to not fall apart. She looked back, wondering what the hell she had been through, she knew it wasn't the pills, she hadn't had any in days, but the door was gone, it wasn't there! "I need a drink," she told herself and then headed to the elevators. What Laurel should do was go to Oliver, talk to him, tell him about talking to Tommy here and Sara being alive back home and how everyone was so happy to see her, and Laurel was glad to see her, but she had been so mad at her sister seeing her alive, mad her just latch on the mad and Laurel exploded since that it was the only emotion that she could get out at the time and caused a fight. Instead she would go to the bar, drink until she couldn't think straight and then go to her room, sleep for days, that was the plan and then talk to Oliver later, much later, maybe. They weren't on good terms since he pulled her out the bar the other day, that still angered her. So Laurel decided to leave the hotel, went to THEhotel, Mix lounge, off the grid. As she walked in, she was carded, but what made her frown was the stupid DJ that was playing horrible music. Laurel lucky found a table in the back, facing the window, so she sat down rubbing her head. This music was going to drive her crazy, she knew that much. However, the price to pay to drink alone and not have everyone hovering over her. She reached for her credit card in her pocket, turned off her phone and ordered two martini with lots of olives. |
