She couldn't help but glance around as she entered, taking in the people and the furnishings in a few, barely subtle sweeps. It was nice, much less extravagant than Jennifer had expected, but very nice. She glanced back at Alexander as he made his gesture and smiled again, ever so slightly impishly.
"It's a pleasure to meet you too, Alexander, it's a nice place you've got here." Her Scottish lilt is even more evident in her 'r's. She selects a sofa that's not to surrounded by people but not too far away from a couple of groups, lest she become isolated when Alexander attended to some of his other guests. "Pinot Noir will do nicely, I'm afraid I'm not much of a connoisseur, but I know I like red."
