Glancing in the direction of the voice, a smile appeared on Julian's face, regardless of what he thought of the party thus far. He was always one to soothe others, to encourage good and willing behavior from them, which was always best accomplished with a welcoming expression.
"Quite a selection you have here." One hand waved toward the offering of alcohol, which was (despite smaller in stock) nearly the width and breadth of his own stores back at CASKET with a few notable exceptions. One bottle that caught his eye stuck out as a red flag, and the ex-bartender reached out curious fingers to bring it to light.
"Though I have to wonder how you came by this particular little gem," he continued, holding up a bottle of 190 proof Everclear, which was illegal in California. Julian was no stranger himself to procuring harder to find alcohols for his clients, he had simply never done so in a brazen manner like display for party guests. Holding it in both hands like one might carefully hold a newborn babe, he looked back to the host with raised brows and a mischievous smile.
