"It'd have to be late on Wednesdays. I work pretty much everyday." Suddenly, she hopped back onto the floor of the roof and peered up at him. It was settled in how she stared; she was agreeing, and agreeing was hardly what she liked doing. She preferred to be difficult. She preferred to be solitary. No plans. No hope. Nothing to look forward to except for sleep at the end of a long, wretched day. A most happy escape.
