After the Dread (Southern) Pirate Roberts had left, Fee got into the full swing of the night. The pace suited her; the crush didn't get overwhelming, and she was able to find her rhythm. She cracked jokes with customers and her fellow bartenders, mixed drinks quickly and well, and overall was having a pretty good time behind the bar.
Bartending had always struck Fee as an ideal gig, and tonight was one of those nights. It was too early yet for real assholery, and it was always fun to people-watch at a bar, particularly on Halloween. Plus, it was cool to see what everyone'd decided to come out as. She continued to serve, always keeping an eye out for the next customer.
